Jason Searfoss is the Founder & Managing Director of Numeria Ventures.
Before founding Numeria Ventures, Jason was the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Investment Committee of Longford Capital, a private equity fund providing capital and other financing solutions to companies involved with complex event-driven situations. Jason was responsible for building the firm’s financial and accounting infrastructure and functionality, including management and oversight of third-party service providers.
Laura Andreatta manages the internal operations of Numeria Ventures, including the firm’s Human Resources, Information Technology, and research functions. She is a statistician, operations expert, and program manager who has successfully applied her extensive quantitative background in various settings, industries, and countries.
Laura spent the majority of her career as the Director of Research in the graduate department of Tourism Economics of the University of Venice. In this capacity, she managed research projects for a variety of clients operating in the service industry.
Steven Katz is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Seneca Mortgage, leading the operational and financial strategies of the company and its core business strategy of acquiring and managing mortgage servicing rights (MSRs), while also overseeing and managing the company’s subsidiaries. Since the inception of Seneca Mortgage, Mr. Katz has overseen the company’s growth to a Top 30 Servicer in the U.S. In his role as CIO, he is responsible for all equity and warehousing capital markets activities as well as agency and investor relations.
